• Prices may change based on final specifications
• Orders are confirmed upon written approval

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be agreed upon per project
• Late payments may incur fees
• We reserve the right to hold orders pending payment

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate, print-ready files and proofread all content before approval. Fireball Printing LLC is not responsible for errors in customer-supplied files.

6. Intellectual Property

Customers must have all rights to submitted materials. By submitting files, you confirm you own or have licensed the rights to all content.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Minor color variations within industry standards
• Delays outside our control (shipping carriers, weather, etc.)
• Indirect or consequential damages

8. Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once production has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Philadelphia County, PA.
