Refund Policy

Important Note

Due to the custom nature of printing services, all sales are generally final. Refunds or reprints are issued when the error is ours — not when it's in the customer's files.

1. General Policy

Due to the custom nature of printing services, all sales are generally final. We encourage all customers to carefully review proofs before approving production.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds or reprints may be issued if:

  • Product is defective or damaged
  • Printing errors were caused by us
  • Order does not match the approved proof

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do NOT provide refunds for:

  • Customer file errors (wrong fonts, low resolution, incorrect bleed)
  • Approved proofs with mistakes
  • Color variations within industry standards
  • Customer change-of-mind after production begins

4. Claims Process

To request a refund or reprint:

  • Contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order
  • Provide photos of the issue and your order details
  • Email your claim to: catherine@fireballprint.com

5. Resolution

Depending on the situation, we may:

  • Reprint the order at no charge
  • Offer a partial or full refund
  • Provide store credit for future orders

6. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for carrier delays, damage in transit, or lost packages after handoff to the carrier. However, we will assist you in filing claims and resolving shipping issues whenever possible.
